Skydive Challenge [POSTPONED]
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, we at Muslim Hands are taking every precaution and measure to keep our community both abroad and here in Canada safe and healthy.
As such we have decided to postpone all events including (Edge Walk Challenge, Community Tree Planting, and the Big Dive.)
For those who have completed registration payments, you are automatically registered for the event's new date which will be announced shortly.

Do you have what it takes?
Embrace your inner fear and take the plunge with our sky diving challenge where you will plummet to the ground from a breath-taking height of 10,500 ft. Don’t worry you will be looked after the whole way by highly qualified instructors for both males and females (limited availability).
You’ll be fundraising to build a dig-a well in Mali, Niger, Sudan or Pakistan; the choice is yours. The well will feature a plaque with your or your loved one’s name on it and you will receive personalized feedback on completion of the project. The donated well will count as Sadaqah Jariyah so you will earn a continuous flow of rewards each time the well is used inshallah.

The Cause
Muslim Hands works globally to provide people with access to clean water and sanitation.
With your support, we will build a Dig a Well in the country of your choice, that can serve up to 200 people, providing access to clean water for drinking, washing and cooking, as well as keeping livestock hydrated. On average, these wells serve up to 35 families.
Frequently Asked Questions
A. 1. Skydiver’s must:
• Weigh more than 75 lbs/34 kg and less than 310 lbs/140 kg
• Be 13 yrs. of age or older. Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian to provide written consent. (Parent / legal guardian does not need to accompany EdgeWalker on the “Walk”)
• Be in good physical health, have full body control and hand-eye-foot coordination and able to walk independently (without walking aids or medical devices
2. You may not participate in the Skydive if:
• Pregnant
• Have broken bones
• Have undergone surgery in the last 6 months or are experiencing ongoing symptoms
• Have experienced a seizure in the past 6 months and do not hold a driver's license for this reason
• Have chest pain or shortness of breath
• Under the influence of any drug (legal or illegal) or alcohol
3. The following conditions may impact the ability to Walk safely:
• All heart conditions (including high blood pressure)
• All respiratory conditions
• Missing or partly missing limbs (prosthetics are not permitted)
• Vertigo, dizziness or loss of balance
• Visual impairment (except those wearing prescription glasses or contact lenses)
A. To secure your place you must pay a refundable registration fee of $100 upon registration. All participants are required to raise a minimum of $1100 each to take part in the event. 75% of the target must be raised prior to the event date. For fundraising ideas down load our guide below.
A. The Skydive challenge will take place on July 4.
Transportation will be provided from our Mississauga office (2255 Dundas St West, Mississaga L5k1R6) to the location provided participants arrive at 9 AM sharp.
