If someone break or miss a fast intentionally, without a valid reason, they must fast consecutively for 60 days.

If they are unable to do this, they are required to pay a Kaffarah (expiation) payment amounting to $600 for 1 broken fast.

Your Kaffarah donation will feed 60 needy people two meals per day, helping to combat the devastating effects of hunger.
