Empowering Attock: How Our Vocational Training Centre Is Bridging the Skills Gap
In April 2023, the Muslim Hands Vocational Training Centre in Attock opened its doors, providing free, high-quality vocational training for those facing economic challenges. Established by Dr. Farooq and Dr. Bushra in loving memory of their parents, Surraya Idris and Idris Mohammad, the center currently offers six courses, including stitching/tailoring, hand-embroidery, computer applications, plumbing, electrician skills, and mobile repairing. In its first six months, the center successfully trained 150 beneficiaries, making a meaningful impact on their lives by equipping them with valuable skills and opportunities.
