Conditions on the ground remain catastrophic. Over 21 million people are facing acute hunger, while 638,000 endure famine-like conditions. With 75% of health facilities in the worst-affected areas out of service, millions displaced and 3.7 million young children acutely malnourished, families are being left without food, clean water, or medical care.
