The Heart of Her
We are deeply honoured to welcome Faduma Abdulla, who will share her heartfelt journey as a mother supporting her daughter through leukemia and a life-saving transplant.
Now almost two years post-transplant, her daughter’s recovery is a testimony to unwavering love, strength, and faith.
Faduma’s story is inspiring and highlights the trials of motherhood and the transformative lessons she learned along the way.
Some of our distinguished guests include Faduma Abdulla, Fatimah Shaikh, and Amirah Hassan.
Enjoy a delicious dinner and waffles for dessert, create your own perfume to take home with you, get pictures taken at the photo booth, and network with inspiring women, across all walks of life.
All fundraising proceeds will go towards supporting the Muslim Hands Canada’s Motherkind Appeal.
Bring your story, your spirit, and your sisterhood.
What is Motherkind ?
Motherkind is a healthcare initiative that supports the health and well-being of mothers and babies in some of the world’s most underserved communities.
Our mission is to reduce maternal and infant mortality rates by providing access to quality care during pregnancy, childbirth, and the critical postnatal period.
Our Motherkind clinics are built in impoverished communities in countries like Mali and Niger, staffed with
trained medical professionals to ensure every expectant mother receives antenatal and postnatal care.
Your support can save lives.
