Extreme rainfall due to climate change has left large parts of northeast Bangladesh flooded as river banks overflow for the third time this year. In the Sylhet district alone, 80% of the area went underwater. This has left many people stranded and vulnerable in their flooded homes, without access to food, clean drinking water, and electricity. Officials have labeled this as the worst flooding crisis since 2004.

Your urgent help is needed to provide emergency food and shelter to desperately needy families. Each parcel includes dry foods such as rice, lentils, and onions, as well as non-food essentials like water purifying tablets.
