Tube Well
Access to safe drinking water can transform lives. The gift of a tube well can ensure up to 4 families have access to clean water for drinking, washing and cooking.
Tube wells are manually operated and can lift water from about 30 metres beneath the ground. Designed to last at least 10 years, they are user-friendly and can be easily maintained by beneficiaries.
These wells are easily accessible, often near clusters of houses.
How long will it take to build my well?
A tube well can take between 3–6 months to complete, as construction depends on seasonal and regional factors.
Track your impact
You will receive a receipt with your reference number, confirming your donation. Please quote this reference number in all communication regarding your well. An electronic feedback report with images and information about your well will be emailed upon completion.

What Happens Next
- 1 Our teams/partners on the ground use local knowledge to situate the well in an area of need.
