Since October 7, the escalating violence in Gaza has claimed the lives of at least 41,000 Palestinians and injured more than 90,000. Approximately 2.3 million people have been displaced.

Amidst this ongoing crisis, the destruction of hundreds of groundwater wells has plunged Gaza into an acute water crisis, with the average Gazan living on only three liters of water per day—far below the humanitarian standard of 15 liters.
